Q: What services do you offer at Animal Medical Center of Frederick County? 
A: We offer a wide range of veterinary services at the Animal Medical Center of Frederick County, including preventive care, diagnostics, surgical procedures, and internal medicine consultations. We also provide pet dental care, nutrition counseling, and other specialized services.

Q: What are your hours? 
A: We are open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. We are closed between the hours of 12pm and 1pm.

Additionally, we offer Saturday hours from 8am to 2pm.

Q: How can I make an appointment? 
A: You can make an appointment by calling or texting our office at (540) 868-1001 or by emailing us at amc@amcfc.com

Q: What times can I drop off a Fecal or Urine Sample? 
A: You can drop off a Sample Monday through Friday 8am to 12pm ad then 1pm to 5pm and on Saturday 8am to 1pm to ensure we can run the sample in time and then dispense medication if needed (also need payment at the time of drop off).

Q: Do you accept Care Credit? 
A: Yes, we accept Care Credit. The bill has to be over $200 for us to process

​

Q: Are you accepting new clients?
A: Yes we are, we would need to take a deposit over the phone or you can come in person prior to the appointment to make the deposit.

Q: Do you accept all major credit cards?

A: Yes we do, but there is an additional 2.5% charge added on the bill
